Meet Adrian
1. How does your background align with what you’ll be working on at Standard AI?
Through my consulting experience, I’ve seen first-hand the insights that retailers and brands need to make more informed decisions, and VISION is positioned to take this to the next level. My time at dunnhumby taught me to apply a customer lens to insights and help organizations make decisions that delight customers while driving growth. Throughout my career, I’ve built long-term partnerships with industry-leading retail and brand organizations that can glean value from Standard AI.
2. What drew you to this opportunity?
When considering transitioning to the next chapter of my career, there were two things I was looking for at my next organization: the proven ability to deliver cutting edge retail technology solutions and a role that would allow me to continue working as an ambassador for customer first transformations.
Even with modern innovations in the tech and retail industries, retailers are largely blind to identifying which shopper behaviors lead to a transaction and the decisions customers make in not purchasing something. It’s been clear for a long time that retailers could benefit from increased visibility and data accuracy. Standard AI has built a powerful engine that can shine a light on this activity that, delivered in the right way, will help retailers and brands grow. I’m looking forward to working with the Standard AI team to close the gap on knowledge of what customers do in store beyond the transaction & loyalty data.
3. What are you most excited to dig into in your new role?
I’ve been blown away at the depth of insight and the value Standard AI has been able to deliver. I know that these insights will become a crucial layer in unlocking the potential for in-store behavior and paving the way for meaningful changes in the customer experience.
In engaging with retailers and brands, we get to help their teams connect the dots and implement solutions that bring their customers to life in actionable ways. Looking ahead, we are on the verge of creating a new method of analyzing the shopper behavior, offering a transformative way to understand their behavior and decision making process. This new perspective will position us at the forefront of a shift in how organizations understand and engage with their customers, unlocking deeper insights and driving meaningful business outcomes.
I’m also just honored to join the Standard AI team at such a pivotal moment. There is a lot of potential to be unlocked and it’s such an exciting time to be a part of the team revolutionizing the retail industry.

6. What is the first concert you attended?
